What finally changed things wasn’t a harsher plan - it was a kinder one. Fitness, mindset work and a lot of patience helped me rebuild not just my body, but my relationship with food, health and myself.”

What I believe
We are all unique, with our own strengths, challenges, and ways of being. My job is to honour those differences and help each person thrive in their own way, unlocking their full potential. We don’t need to fight our bodies to change. When we listen, learn and show up with compassion, progress becomes a relationship - not a punishment.
My story
I spent years learning the hard way - swinging between control and chaos, trying to out-discipline feelings I didn’t yet understand. The more I tried to "fix" myself, the more stuck I felt.
Things shifted when I began to approach change differently: small steps, honest reflection, gentle structure. Strength training helped me feel capable again. Nutrition stopped being a list of rules and became a way to take care of myself. And tools from NLP gave me a way to understand my patterns - and choose new ones.
Today, I share those tools with others. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know how it feels to start from a messy middle - and keep going.
